MindFire Communications is looking for a full-time Account Coordinator/Marketing Arsonist based in Le Claire, IA.
The ideal candidate is outgoing with strong communication and organizational skills. The position includes project management and lots of communication.

§ At least one year of previous work or internship experience, preferably at an agency.
§ Journalism, marketing or related degree.
§ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
§ Comfortable with digital and social media, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn as part of integrated marketing programs.
§ Understanding of web analytics (i.e. Google Analytics) email marketing platforms (i.e. MailChimp) along with marketing automation (i.e. InfusionSoft) beneficial but not required.
§ Experience with website CMS (i.e. WordPress) beneficial but not required.
§ Must be able to drive and have reliable transportation.

§ Responsible for assisting with all email marketing and lead generation campaigns with support from the interactive account executive.
§ Assists with social media writing/posting for clients and MindFire, along with other writing duties as needed.
§ Responsible for social and web analytics and providing reports to interactive account executive for analysis.
§ Assists with website development and account project management as needed including internal and client communications, etc.
§ Stays aware of client activities to provide backup to interactive account executives. Maintains all project schedules to ensure that they proceed according to plan and deadlines, drawing attention of account executives to potential problems before they occur.
§ Provides assistance to account executives on day-to-day client activities, including responding to client phone calls and emails, production and creative deadlines, etc., to ensure continued progress of client workflow.
§ Proofreads copy, artwork, agency and printers’ proofs as requested; sees that all work completes the standard agency approval process before being reviewed by clients or turned over to suppliers.
§ Performs administrative duties, such as communicating with internal vendors, answering the office phone, transferring and managing messages as needed.
