Title: Best Practices for Digital Advertising
Speaker: Natalie Linville-Mass
Bio: Natalie Linville-Mass is President of Media Link, Inc., and has been in the media field for more than 35 years. She graduated from Drake University with a degree in Broadcast Sales and Management. Prior to opening her business, she worked throughout the Midwest in radio and television, holding positions including commercial producer, DJ, reporter, editor, producer, and account executive. Nationally, she worked with The Water Foundation and then helped to launch a PR Campaign for Earth 911, out of Phoenix, AZ. On top of running her advertising agency, Natalie is currently on the board of The Moline Foundation, founded and runs a Women's Executive Group dedicated to supporting the advancement of our Quad Cities female executives, serves on the IA/IL NDIA Board as president, is a past board member of The ARC of the Quad Cities Area, the Rock Island Music Association, Workforce Investment for Rock Island, Henry and Mercer County, Living Lands & Waters and the Quad Cities Advertising Federation. She is a nominee for the 2023 and 2019 Rock Island Professional of the Year, a 2015 Athena Nominee, the 2012 Iowa Governor's Volunteer Award for her long-standing service to Big Brothers, Big Sisters, as well as a 2005 Davenport One Women in Business Advocate of the Year and named a 2003 Quad-City Business Journal Top 40 under 40. She has also volunteered as a guest speaker for Marketing and Small Business classes at Ashford University, Augustana College, Blackhawk College, Drake University, The Quad Cities Chamber, Scott Community College, St. Ambrose University, University of Iowa and Western Illinois University.

Laura works with clients to strengthen their brand and digital presence through strategic digital PR initiatives, including podcast appearances, features in home improvement publications and local journal publications, reputation management, and crisis communications. With a background in SEO, she brings a search-first perspective to PR, helping clients build long-term trust with search engines and AI-powered platforms.

Speaker: Doug Tschopp
Doug was young when he joined the PR Network Board (before websites). He is the Director of the EDGE (Entrepreneurial) Center at Augustana and has been teaching public relations for over 30 years. A top-rated conference speaker and professor, he always tries to leave everyone with a takeaway when he talks. His communication background includes being an early website developer, marketing director, sales management, change management, strategic planning, conference management, retail management, and probably some other stuff he does not recall.
